Exhibitor Information

If you would like to exhibit your products or services at the International Fantasy Fayre please telephone Ava on 01444 831675 or email ava@festivalofbliss.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Stall space is free of charge however we ask that you donate 10% of your sales to Wellbeing of Women. If you require tables and chairs we can provide these at cost.

Exhibitors must be set up by 11.45am each day and must not de-rig until 6pm on Sunday night. Set up times will be arranged with each exhibitor.

Exhibitors may bring caravans, campervans or tents to stay over however you must book space in advance. Allternatively a list of local hotels and B&Bs is available under Location Info.

Exhibitors will receive free cold and hot drinks during the IFF and can purchase tickets for the Parties and Events at the Club Liberty Members rates. Exhibitors have free entry to the Festival After Party on Sunday night 6pm - 11pm.

We ask that Exhibitors help to promote the IFF and the Festival of Bliss by distributing flyers to their customer base and giving them out at other events. Exhibitors should also include details of the IFF and Festival of Bliss on their own websites.

Exhibitors will be featured on the Festival of Bliss and International Fantasy Fayre websites. There will be a direct link back to your website.
